THE RACE
This 5 Mile cross country trail race in North Park starts and ends near the Grant Pavilion on Wildwood Rd. near the intersection of Babcock Blvd. The challenging full race course winds its way along hilly dirt roads and unpaved trails. It is known for a tough hill at about the half mile mark and the winding trail on single tract trails before looping back on wider trails towards the finish line.
The untimed 1 Mile Run/Walk follows the rolling first half mile of the 5 mile course before turning around to return to the finish line.

THE 5 MILE RACE IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 250 PARTICIPANTS TO REGISTER.
CO-ED TEAM COMPETITION
We encourage the 5 Mile race participants to form coed teams for an added challenge. Teams can be made up of 3-5 people including at least one male and one female. The fastest male and female of each team will score along with one additional time, either male or female.
All team members must be individually registered for the race and will be eligible for individual awards. One person per team should register as a "captain" which includes the additional $5 registration fee for team registration.
